★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am getting my chin treatment with cosmetic clinic approximately 1.5 years now. Paid my sessions in advance.
Since last 8 months i do need to get my treatment done every 2nd or 3rd month. I got treatment done last Monday. It was very short and i mention to the girl who did it. I said normally technician do laser under the chin instead of top. Now its not even a week i can see my grown hairs. I called spoke to Georga she agreed they use different laser. They cant offer me treatment. I do expect same service as i paid for it. I had injury in past and has to cancel the appointment in less than 24 hours. They deducted from my sessions. But i was okay with that.
Now they are not meeting their own service. Not gonna recommend to anyone will not use for my future treatments. No point of wasting time. Staff do not value or listen. No body got back to me yet. Even after they reply they will.
Have been contacted and thanks for reinstating my sessions.

While back I bought 3 micro sessions, used one of them. Couple of days back while I was there I decided to book one session and got told that my session that I bough “expired”. They must have confused it with milk ;)))
Keep in mind I’m a regular client, I go there almost every month, and no one ever told me that service that you pay money for can expire, especially during Covid lockdowns.
Update: Manager did contacted me and offer to reinstate my treatment, she was very polite and helpful. Overall I’m happy with their products and customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried twice with the laser removal. Attitude was awful. Don’t know the policy well and wasting my time. Kept argue with me to have detail of medication. Told her this kind of medication isn’t photosynthetic and it’s under 25mg which was their protocol. Finally found the medication detail. She won’t even check. Just telling me the protocol of any medical need to be off by 7 days. If that’s the case why insist to ask me about medication detail. Spent all this time finding medication and tells me protocol that doesn’t make sense. Manager doesn’t seems like knowing the policy well. Very different service and attitude from other branches. Very awful experience. Wasting my time and felt horrible especially doing hair removal to sensitive area. Felt like wanted to get refund for the prepaid packages we have bought. Awful service awful attitude.

I would like to shout out an appreciation for Holly who did my laser today. Her friendliness, patience to hear me out and later providing advise on how to go for the treatment is very kind of her. She also took an initiative to introduce me to new products later.
