Literally 2 months of contact with customer service before I got an apology and offer of "store credit" (which is a joke). I called the next day I got my contacts to complain and got the run around, plus any excuse not to give you your money back. After not hearing back from customer reps twice I finally got an apology and offered store credit BUT this comes with a freight cost anyway, which they don't tell you, but to make up for it they offer more store credit on your next order. LONG STORY SHORT: Not worth the time, and effort required. Just buy your contacts through your local optometrist.

have ordered cheap glasses from them before with great success but most recent order never got processed. luckily I wasn't charged. maybe it's just another victim of covid. but they should update their website and stop taking orders if they can't fill them

Very disappointing experience. Ordered a pair of contact lenses and waited, and waited and waited. Finally made contact to find out there was a two month delay. Made a call to the 0800 call center which must be located in foreign country as the call was a )hard to hear, bad lines b) hard to understand and certainly not helpful at all! Call center said they would add $10 to my account as sorry for inconvenience, which did not happen either!! Goodbye, I bought from a local company for less, plus they were helpful and provided a tracking number!

Went to order glasses, the website said "transaction declined, order not processed". So I put it through again, Same thing. I checked my bank account and the amount of $101.50 had in fact left my bank account, even though the order didn't process. I called the customer service helpline who said it would take 3-5 working days to process and refund back into my account. It has been two weeks and the money is nowhere to be seen. I called the helpline again to be told AGAIN to wait 3-5 working days. Absolute joke. Won't be ordering from this company again.

Couldn’t recommend Clearly enough!! I always thought you had to pay heaps of $$ for glasses but you don’t!! The glasses range from really cheap to designer prices which I love and it’s really easy to re-order new ones from your profile as all your measurements are saved! I love the virtual try on feature too! I ordered a pair of glasses and when they arrived I wasn’t super happy with how they looked on me so I called the lovely customer service team and they said I could keep the glasses and they would give me a refund!! Very happy customer ?

Shopped here for 8 + years and very happy. Excellent prices, great website where you can "try on" any glasses using live camera, good customer service. I've exchanged glasses before and it went smoothly. They are based in Canada for customer service and cannot fault.

Terribly disappointing experienced. Loaded my order 3 times, to be told that my credit card had been declined, only to find 3 payments had been taken out of account, taking 7 days to return. Rang help line, customer service was not in NZ, could only advise to wait for payment to be returned, despite having payment reference numbers. Attempted to do another order, same thing happened, payment has gone out with no order. Even is this was user error, would expect CSM at the end of the phone to be able to rectify. Would not recommend, gone with another NZ based supplier.

Rubbish. I ordered gas permeable lenses & they shipped some that were incorrect, despite having my script, Refused to refund & then stopped answering correspondence. Lost my $$$. These companies that pretend to trade as NZ companies but then head for the hills when things go wrong should be banned.
