β β β β β Wow, just got into a taxi outside Skycity to go to Cordis hotel. Got halfway and noticed the meter was not on.... I ask why he said it's a $20 min charge in city. I said you didn't advise that, he said he can drop us back at Skycity which we did. I asked the next taxi in the cue he said usually around $8-$12, and that there was no $20 min fee, it should be on meter! I got an Uber for $6.80. very dishonest driver here! I will use Uber from now onwards. Maybe Skycity should change the company at there pickup point.

β β β β β A phone was left in a taxi that we hailed from Danny Doolans to the grand, and upon calling a call center, there was no cooperation involved (pun intended). Lady in the calls would be sassy and hang up. It really wasn't fun and such a frustrating experience. In the end we had to go back to that same taxi stop at Danny Doolans and funnily enough the taxi was there and the phone was inside his taxi. His taxi broke down and I feel sorry for the blokes taxi but I guess some good karma involved for us in finding the same fella at doolans. had no clue the phone was in his backseat but that's all good, the bloke was good enough to us. But the call center that night was rubbish, as soon as we called back and asked if we could get some help tracking a taxi that came to the grand she would just hang up. Piss poor effort and bad attitude.

Arranged a Taxi which got to us within 5mins of calling. Driver assumed we were drunk and took the longest route to destination. Something that should have cost $10 ended up being $40. Argued with driver to the point he started speeding on gravel road. Hopped out without paying with his approval.
Since then I have been receiving random Taxi request textes that I didnt arrange under different names but they obviously using my number for contact when other poor drivers get to site with no one there.

β β β β β Called yesterday to book a taxi so I could get to work. Had to call them because said taxi never arrived only for them to tell me thereβs no cars. Is that not what a booking is for? Now Iβm late for work with no ride. Iβm absolutely not impressed.

β β β β β Today, 12 of August of 2018 at 3pm I was driving through northern motorway, north east from the CBD when the Taxi with plates "GDK604" from COOPTAXI almost crash my car when he was trying to change lanes.
He didn't care about it and kept driving after that. He didn't stop, he didn't wave, he didn't do anything.
You need to be more strict of who you are hiring, I could be seriously harmed.
UPDATE: They call me today, they apologies and said that they will speak with the driver. So, 1 extra star for the staff in there.

β β β β β Booked a taxi to take us to & pick us up from wedding, Piha of all places. Picked us up 20 minutes late,
could barely reverse down a straight driveway without crashing. Called at 11.30 to find out where they were to go home only to be told there were no vehicles in the area & one simply wouldnβt be coming. Why couldnβt you call to let us know earlier was a question that was too difficult for them to answer. Ended up getting an Uber. A 1/3 of the fair & were there within 15 mins. No follow up to apologise / make sure we got home et cetera. Safety & trust breach. No surprise to see all the negative reviews below. Use Uber or another firm.

β β β β β Waste of time, Call someone else.
I requested a job to be booked under acc, so I could go to work, the call centre sent a car as per my request. When I hopped into the taxi, I said is this job booked under ACC, the driver said, no, but call the office, they should be able to change it. I called the office, they told me that it was not booked under ACC, then hung the phone up. It cost me $17 to drive around the block of my house! I got returned, home, paid the money and now I'm writing this review. Disappointed in the service, the call centre let me down by not calling me back. The same person who answered both my calls was upset that I called them out for not ringing me back to tell me there was a problem! 0 for customer satisfaction, 0 for communication, and now I'm out of pocket, and going to miss out on wages because of the poor service. I can't even give it 0 stars because it won't let me!
