Paula is such an amazing lady, she is caring and supportive. The thought of getting out of your comfort zone and trying to get fit and healthy can seem like a huge task, but with Paula it is fun! The workouts are varied and fun. She makes herself available all the time if you need anything, she checks in on you regularly and she looks out for each and everyone of us. And if you are really worried about getting on the fitness band wagon I can't recommend the Booty Babes programme enough, every woman in that group is amazing. Dinners, coffee dates - it's more than a work out group, it's a supportive network of friends, we all want to see each other succeed.

Paula's training is highly effective and she keeps it fresh and interesting by changing it up regularly. In group sessions Paula Brady and the other ladies make you feel part of a team - it's fun and encourages you to work harder and achieve more. Paula works out your body/muscle structure, finds out your goals and understands you as an individual - ensuring that you can work to your own personal best and you keep motivated. On top of that, she has wonderful recipes, advice on food, kind words of inspiration and encouragement, and is a lot fun to be around. I've had some old injuries and Paula's expert massages have been completely transformative. My shoulders and hips are no longer locked up, which enables me to exercise more easily and work the muscle groups properly. Coach P is the best trainer I have ever had. Over the years I have tried a number of times to eliminate my recurring back strains at the gym with out success. Since starting with Coach P last year I have seen a massive improvement in core strength and general fitness. Her eye for detail and her ability to correct my technique to ensure I’m working on the correct muscles is amazing. Bundle that with her rather tough massage and positive attitude and you can’t beat her. I would highly recommend Paula to anyone that is looking for outcomes.

After losing some balance over the years, prioritising work over health and well being I decided it was time to turn that around. I couldn't have lucked upon a better Personal Trainer than Coach P! The sessions are the perfect mix of challenging and enjoyable. I genuinely look forward to my PT sessions as a highlight of my week and it's so satisfying to see the results. I feel stronger and fitter inside and out.. not to mention the quality banter! P will be your biggest supporter and champion motivator. Would highly recommend Coach P to help you achieve your health and fitness goals!

I have been doing PT sessions with Paula for a few months now and I am over the moon with how my training is going and very impressed with Coach P as a trainer. I have been using Paula primarily for weight training and nutritional advice. Paula makes it all very easy and achievable, you literally just do what she says and you start seeing results. I roll out of bed in the morning, follow her instructions, don't think too much, and then changes happen!! I lost about 10 kgs in the first 10 weeks training with P and it didn't even feel like a massive struggle, it actually felt enjoyable and I never felt hungry! Coach P is such as expert, she has changed the way I exercise and it feels easier rather than harder. Her emphasis on, not only physical, but also mental health is very important. I am really surprised I found a trainer as knowledgeable and kind as Paula and I don't think I would ever train with anyone else again. I 100% trust her to get the results! Thanks so much Paula.

We love Coach P!!! Coach P is an amazing trainer and joining her classes or seeing her for personal training feels like gaining a community rather than joining a gym! Couldn't recommend her more!

I've been attending Paula Brady's boxfit classes for over 5 years now and they are always fun and challenging. I love how inclusive her classes are for ages and levels of fitness. During my maternity leave I attended her mums and bubs classes which were great to improve my fitness and connect with people after having a baby. I'd highly recommend Coach P. Written by Parvati :)

Coach P is just AWESOME! I generally don't enjoy gyms but P's gym is great. When P is is putting me through my paces it's just me and her, no one else and that suits me. P is kind, generous and caring, but this doesn't mean that she won't push you (always with a smile). I thoroughly enjoy and look forward to our weekly sessions. Thanks P!

I started training with Coach P a year ago and I have gained so much more than just a trainer in that time. Coach P motivates you, listens to what your needs and goals are. She has helped me with my nutrition, seeing that my progress isn’t just a number on the scales, self-confidence and finding the pure joy in being active. Coach P makes sure that you have the correct form when training with her and keeps you wanting to come back to see her again. Personal training with Coach P, while it can feel punishing at the time, will have you walking out of the transformation center with a smile on your face and a ready to face the day attitude. Group training is a lot of fun, as well as hard work, but everyone is supportive and looks after one another. Coach P has made me find a love for weight training that I never thought I would have, and I love the fact that I can now feel and see muscle where before there wasn’t anything. I can’t recommend training with Coach P high enough, she is caring, motivational and available to answer questions and queries.
