The trainers here have a wealth of knowledge among them and can help set you up for success with your fitness and nutrition goals. I personally have learnt so much about how the body operates and have enjoyed every second of my training. This place is like a second home now and has made a massive impact on how I live life day to day, so much so that I’m currently studying towards a degree in nutrition. Honestly couldn’t recommend a better gym. If you sign up here you’ll fall in love with exercise and never want to stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BuildaBody is a supportive and inclusive gym environment. Working in smaller classes you are able to get a lot of hands on support with coaches. I have found in the few months I have been going a change in my focus towards nutrition and huge growth in overall strength. Highly recommend to anyone looking at any stage of their fitness journey!
