Coco Republic remains committed to minimising its environmental impacts across its supply chain and internal operations and has set a number of targets to achieve this.
Our buying team make every effort to engage with companies that are environmentally and socially responsible when sourcing and manufacturing product. β β β β β I am hoping someone at Coco Republic reads this so I can get a response . I have sent five emails left phone messages , as they wonβt answer their phone and have had no reply to any of them . My furniture order was to be delivered February , then April and now I have no idea when as they wonβt reply . Appalling customer service.

β β β β β Unbelievable that they are making you show a vaccine pass to shop in store when this is not even part of the framework. We came in looking to buy two very large expensive couches... we will take our business to somewhere else who doesn't segregate society for their own fun! Bizarre business logic.

β β β β β This is a well designed place that makes you forget that you are in the middle of a mall. The dishes look appealing. I had a long black with a tiramisu. The β was kind of OK but ? doesn't deserve its name. I am happy that I tried it but thanks no thanks.

β β β β β Customer service is poor we have waited months on top of the time we were told that items would be available and when delivered they were faulty and now again waiting months for replacements. You have to chase Coco Republic customer service is non existent!

β β β β β My husband and I came in to buy furniture today. He has a vaccine pass but for health reasons I do not. As a vaccine pass was required to enter your store, I was not allowed in. Firstly, I don't know any retail outlet that is requiring this. Secondly, the scientific data is very clear now that the vaccine does NOT stop the spread or transmission of omicron at all. So your store needs to get up to date with the lastest scientific data. I can only think that unlike other retail that has done it hard over the past two years, you have not. As you do not mind losing your loyal customers.

β β β β β I ordered a table 8 months ago... it was meant to arrive in December last year. They did not communicate any updates on delays. And then I received an email saying that they hope Iβm happy with the delivery but nothing has been delivered.
I have tried to follow this up for months, each time I speak to someone new and they give differing information or are clueless.
They say theyβll call you back but never do and they are not helpful over email. At this point itβs looking like a scam... but I know they have a store so am still hoping it will arrive.

β β β β β Worst experience Iβve ever had with a furniture store - and I buy quite a bit!
Ordered 2 expensive armchairs - 7 months ago; and got told 5 different delivery ETAs and with every time those pass I contact them and they tell me to wait an extra 2 months.
Not only do I have to chase them up on my orders as they provide no updates whatsoever, but it takes them a few weeks to reply to a single email only to be told to wait even longer and that theyβre experiencing high email and call volumes. An example is I sent them an email on 28th April, they only just replied yesterday (16th May).
Iβm sorry but who isnβt busy at the moment? We own 2 business and we are flat out but our response time is maximum 24hours.
This is abysmal customer service and I have no idea how theyβre still trading!
