★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER try phoning the store = no one ever answers the phone. After selecting the required number/extension, it simply rang and rang and rang. After waiting for 10 minutes I gave up.
Tried a bit late - same thing happened, even when I tried a different extension number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a crucial day, bra shopping for my 15-year-old. They're incredibly body sensitive at this age, so for her to agree to a proper fitting was somewhat of a coup. Back in the day, a department store such as Farmers was where you'd go for first-class personal service and only a few years ago you'd find more than one fitting specialist- not on this day, nor any day thereafter it would seem, a thing of the past it would seem, gaggles of adolescent girls would have to go without, doomed to ill-fitting, shapeless and supportless bras for eternity, but surely anyone in the lingere department could be of some aid? Nope, no staff in lingere at all. Now, I was bearing in mind that Covid had now fully immersed itself in the community and that many, many places were short of hands, but it wasn't just lingere; it was the entire store. It's a two-level shop, and there were three servers for the whole place. The fact that two of them hung out together chatting when shoppers all over the store were unaided was appalling; these two young accented women were un-smiling, unhelpful, unfriendly, and arrogant. In my opinion Farmer's should never have opened the store that day, it's bloody terrible customer service, I think shoppers would have understood the closure, but as per usual, big business cares more about cash than customers. I, for one, have no intention of returning; everything sold in this shop can be bought elsewhere, and as for the bra, I'll be spending my money in a shop where the staff and owners realise that they are paid by their customers.

Their customer service team for online does not seem to exist ...
Called for hours sent emails
Staff dont care
Can not recommend in anyway shape or form

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the worst customer experience in Westfield Newmarket. Farmers cashiers are literally the most incompetent people to be handling your sale. Third time in 1 month we have had a return/refund request drawn out. Took items to counter and one item we noticed as the girl was packing it away had a sticky residue like chocolate or toffee on it so we said we’d like to get a new one. We did. Next one had a hole in it from poor manufacturing. They had no more in stock. Girl at counter uses her fingernail to scrape the gunk off and said “look it comes off, you can take it home and wash it” We said we’d like a refund if you have no others available. Of course she was unauthorised to return the money and offered a store credit for a faulty item which they could not replace. Manager had to be called to come down to issue a refund via eftpos. When the manager arrived she told us the item which the stitching had come apart was only small! We again said No! What a drama! Wasted 20 mins. Girl behind counter should be fired or at the very least retrained. Customer service or common sense does not exist at Farmers anymore. Very, very disappointing!

I went to get a car seat in a hurry but no display or price tag and there was no staff around to explain the product.
ended up getting a staff from checkout, she asked me to search the website for the product ? and went to check the price but never came back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good fancy new store, plenty spaces and new layouts...staff are always friendly. First two hours parking free in the mall or nearby on street pay and display parking is available. The only thing could improve is that one some cash counters, the cramped 3 terminals into one, it wa a very hard and crowded when all 3 terminals are fully occupied and customer s being served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice I have gone into farmers New Market to get make-up from the Makeup department.
Only to not find what I am after. But wrost still is that ALL staff are standing with backs to customers and having a good old chin wag not looking like they want to help. There are plenty of other shops that give amazing help ,Farmers is not one of them.
