CodeElite specialises in fun but challenging Interval Style Training Methods. We empower three types of programmes:
EngineRoom Fitness (In Person Team Training Indoors & Outdoors)
ONIST (Unlimited Online Interval Style Training Videos)
30-Days To Fabulous Challenge (30 day Optimum Performance workout videos with vocal cues, music & buzzer)
We aim to enhance performance safely through our dynamic total body workouts & quality coaching.

Sporting background; Representative Rugby Union in Queensland Australia, Representative Rugby League in NSW Australia and Wellington New Zealand, Wellington Boys College 1st Fifteen Premier, College Athletics.
