★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Class was ok but not personable.. they knew I was from Tauranga so let me do my thing. I left my water bottle there which was a brand new Tupperware bottle. I emailed a few times to ask if they could courier to me... no answer.. I emailed again said I'd pay for courier... no answer. I turned up 3 weeks later pretty much told who cares hes busy and didn't know where it was. Although he was doing a class I got no other option of him calling me back. I have friends from f45 tauranga who travel to Wellington to work and have emailed to ask if they could pay and come... still haven't heard from you... not cool... wouldn't recommend our of towners ever to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love F45 Courtney! I started as one of the original Foundation Members and I have never met such a friendly bunch of people. Matt the owner is very hands on in every way with the club and motivates us to participate in out of the gym healthy activities as a group. The other trainers are great at pushing you that little bit harder when you need it and correcting technique. Highly recommend F45 Courtney as your new gym of choice or to visit if you are travelling through for a few classes.

Very like circuit training but the classes are different every day! Don't feel it's not for you. There's people of every age and fitness level. Nobody judges you. No mirrors. Go at your own pace or go full out.
The challenges are good to get you focused. The heart rate monitors are great for seeing how you're doing on the day and how you track over time.
You can try for free or there's always a cheap offer just before the challenge start for you to try for a week or two.
