★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing food and coffee. Great outdoor seating too!
Update: Been in there a few times, usually go in once a week to grab a piece of cake to go. No more than a 5 min wait ( understanding other orders are before me! :) ) and the staff are always so pleasant to talk to when needing anything.
Even with covid and face masks they never get my order wrong! Just a fantastic experience either take in or stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love coffee culture but have stopped my weekly visits to Langdon road one because you’ve changed your menu and taken off Avocado on toast. Please bring it back, also whatever balsamic vinegar you guys use on it was amazing! What is the brand!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know there is something wrong when you have to yell to get staff attention as they walk past you. Once would be ok but twice, not impressed three times!!!. Table needed a wipe down, spilt food on the floor which wait staff noted but made no effort to remedy. That was the first yell to get attention to attend to the table. Given this is during a pandemic, this is absolutely not acceptable. The 2nd was worse. I noted the staff taking my order to another table, yelled out, waved my table identifier, but nothing. She continued to talk to the persons whose order it clearly wasn't, before she turned around looking for the correct table, I had to wave my arms. I said I was also waiting for a cake, she looked confused, went to the counter, and had a discussion, with no action. I could clearly see my cake on the top, again calling out and saying that's my cake. Jeez, what a struggle. Left more bemused than annoyed. Wheres the pride and passion for customer satisfaction?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you get a muffin heated its normally good. Today it was actually almost recooked , dry and uneatable.
Why charge us for public holidays when its your choice to be open and this should be clearly advertised where people can see your little sign before ordering then getting the surprise 15% added. Today totally put me off this place and perhaps the lady serving at till could also smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another great visit to Coffee Culture at Northlink, once again an amazing experience. The staff are always so welcoming greeting us by name, they always ask how your day has been. The food is always beautifully presented and the coffee/drinks are great. There is Such a welcoming family/community feel about this place I’d Fully recommend a visit.

I ordered a large mocha (choffee) and a slice of the caramello cheesecake and both were outstanding. Thankyou very much for a pleasurable experience and I'm sure I will be back. Keep up the good work.
