★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great vege shop with variety if you’re shopping during the day.
However I’ve never been able to complete a full shop here. I often arrive straight from work around 540 and the shop is already packed up. This is frustrating as it supposedly closes at 6pm. Unfortunately not worth the frustration to shop here any more. I would suggest the business adjusts its posted operating hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am lucky to live near what I consider to be the best fruit and veg shop in Christchurch. Great produce, excellent salad bar, side room full of niche ingredient, friendly staff and willing to go the extra mile to source special herbs for specialty dishes. The specialty items have grown in leaps and bounds since I first posted. The lunch bar has also become a real destination spot and the home made chocolate treats are second to none. The one thing I would love Edgeware to have is a wet fish bar. Wonder if Crisp could consider it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because your phone is always engaged and it is very, very annoying. For anyone reading this, they have a great selection of products so it's definitely worth going there. If you're not disabled, which I am and rely on other people going for me. Hence the need for a phone conversation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a great supply of fresh fruit and vegetables. Lots of variety. A wonderful separate room filled with lovely products from overseas and NZ companies. A treasure trove of goodies. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a sign incorrectly advertising prices outside, was met with a grunt and a shrug from the person behind the til when I informed them. Maybe if you're gonna have a big sign outside your shop with your specials on it, get your prices right, and if a customer is helpful enough to let you know and try and help you fix it, don't just dismiss them. Fruit and Veggies no better price/quality wise than what they have across the road at Fresh Choice. Won't be back in a hurry.
