★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Said it closed at 4.30. I was there between 2.30 and 2.45. The staff bought out the vacumn cleaners and wet mops while I was having my tea and snack. It wasn't even 3 o'clock. Chairs all around were put on the tables. Noisy, absolutely not at all relaxing and I felt extremely uncomfortable. If you intend to close early let the customers know. It was an unpleasant afternoon tea for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thankyou to the staffer this morning who understood when a customer needed extra patience. You made his day, maybe because you realised not every customer can read. You gave him the confidence to make his order .
You didn't know his confidence had been shaken at a different cafe 10 minutes earlier.
You took time to empathise and your customer was thrilled at his success. Plus, our mochas were beaut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the eggs Benedict and it was so gross, way too much hollandaise sauce, my eggs and my whole plate was covered! plus it taste terrible.
The eggs were super under cooked and was over all very disappointing was not happy at all. We also had to wait half and hour to get our food, there was only 4 people sitting down waiting for food so wasn’t busy. Customer service was no good either didn’t even seem like they wanted to be there.
