★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. Been here in the last few days whilst my Mum has been in the hospital.
Firstly, they are rude and service has been terrible. Secondly, they don't seem to know, or care, how to take Mums Columbus customer card. Three times they have told us, oh, I don't know how to do that, or, we can't do that...?Thirdly, the food is over-priced and often old. Scone was hard, dry and fell apart when you tried to eat it. Chick pea salad very average. Yes, I understand it's a very busy environment - but even MORE reason to have staff and management with a great "bedside" manner. It's a real shame and doesn't even compare to the amazing service and food we get from ColumbusTakanini.

Elixir expresso next door is much better.
I ordered Raspberry muffin and Flat white.
Muffin was very avg. And flat white was good.
Customer service could have been better but I understand they are busy specially in the morning.

The lamb which should be the highlight of the dish was terrible, I’m sure chewing a leather shoe would’ve been easier.
Asked for it to be heated up, took around 10 mins and was given to me still cold, lol…
Cmon guys, treat food as if you’re going to be eating it, oven and then toaster machine maybe? Fix that lamb tho ?

People are at hospital because they are unwell etc. Their days don’t need to be made worse with your staff who have no manners.
