★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refused to sell a 6inch Sub, they say they only make 12inch as a minimum. Reported to "Richa" at Subway Head Office who didn't even bother to followup, except for wanting "proof".
Subway seems to be lacking in good ethics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would prefer to post zero stars... the staff are incompetent and don't seem to be able to remember to change their gloves after they touch their faces, or after touching the cash register between customers. Who knows what other basics of hygeine they can't get right?
It's revolting to watch someone serving customer after customer wearing the same gloves, I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning here, I won't be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gave me a pork sub when i paid and asked for a 3 pepper chicken, refused to give me a refund or swap out the sub even though i work at the hospital and have been there for the past 3 months, terrible management and horrible custom service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Which subway is this the hospital's at Middlemore a little bit disappointed i had waited for my new bank card and was not permitted to use cash i ask where is the sign that said no cash the manager was not forthcoming i lost my appetite immediately although i was hungry not a recommendation for me i spend lot in this place would rather support other business in the same complex

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First they delivered chicken order for a strictly vegetarian person and told me that they will refund and until 4 days , no update from them. This is really not acceptable from their end. I wont order in future from them. Poor service.
