★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys sourced and replaced my laptop screen, unfortunately it turned out to be a different issue in which I couldn't justify repairing. They put the old screen back in and returned the laptop to me without charge. Greatly appreciated! All I could say is: Answer the phone! Haha, cheers.
