★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POOR SERVICE and the business does not care about the people just money in the door - Two weeks ago my uncle and auntie visited this store to check a warranty. We were not intending to buy a new fridge just wanted information. Instead of listening to my uncle they WERE TRYING TO SIGN HIM UP FOR A GEM VISA CARD!! Thankfully my sister eventually entered the store (due to lack of a mask) to understand why they were signing up for a credit card. She refused signing up for the card but the employee/s continued to pester them with a sale! How pathetic and rude! How ridiculous that they would prey on old people that might not comprehend what they are talking about! HOW DARE YOU!
I hope this review gets seen. Don't recommend this store to any of my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is worse over here I was told to go at the check out and my product is there waiting for me to pay and go . I was waiting for someone to come serve me at the check out but no one was at the counter. After a while Mr. LEE comes and very rudely says it's not here and treated me like I'm dumb or something pointing and telling me to see the different departments checkouts very rudely. I as a customer don't know which checkout is servicing which customer to me all checkouts are the same... to pay and ?♂️ . Don't go here rude and people working here think they are smart lol .. I'll complain about Lee to the management and see what happens

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great purchase today of a new chrome book for school, pitty their where no additional discounts considering the chrome book would be used for school. At first great Costumer service, but towards the end of my purchase, I felt that the person serving us had, had enough of us which ruined the whole experience. The amount of time to reset the laptop took a while but that was to be expected, overall 2 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to give a raving review to Jordan in HN Henderson. He was SO helpful when we went in to look at a TV last week. We actually left and went to Noel Leeming to check out their range and was disgusted at the pushy salesman who had no genuine interest in what we wanted. We walked out and went straight back to Jordan. He gave such great service, we wanted him to have the sale. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. We will be back to see him again!
