Maybe it's just that I'm a bit of an old-fashioned shopper, but I don't like the Express version of PB Tech. Today's experience was disappointing ... I knew I needed a cable but after purchasing the incorrect one from them a week ago on click and collect, I didn't want to make the same mistake. Given retail is now largely open, I thought I'd be able to get some expert advice. Alas no, no flexibility here - still click and collect only. I got my cable elsewhere. Will I go back? Yes, probably (their prices are competitive) but it's unlikely to be at this store while click and collect is their only operational method.

Bought a vacuum cleaner at PB tech, spent around $800. It became faulty after just over a month. Called customer service today and asked if I can exchange or refund since I have all parts, original box, and receipt. The guy said to me on the phone β€œ We are not gonna let customer to return it after you’ve already used it”. I said β€œ Eventhough it’s a faulty product? How can I know if it’s faulty until I use it?” He said β€œWe can ask head office to repair it for you, it takes one month time. Since we provide an alternative option you can’t get a refund or exchange it.” it’s a gamble buying from PB tech…

Please read all the other reviews regarding their return policy. Here is my experience. I bought a cable worth $21 that was faulty. When I went to return it I could tell immediately their philosophy is 'we sell bad stuff, we know it and whatever happens don't take it back' In the end of my interaction they kept both my money and the faulty goods. These guys have no dignity, or respect for what they do. They are unscrupulous and lack business ethics. PB Tech Henderson if you want to lower your standard to that level all the best to you. I hope you enjoy my $21 that you basically stole off my, at least I am not as low as you.

After careful consideration and years of dealing with customer support here is my review of PBTECH as follows. Your customer service is appalling. Your return service is the worst I have come in to contact with. You put the administration and responsibility of returns on the customers side which is a joke. I have 3 items to return, I have been waiting over 2 weeks for the return codes. After receiving no answer from phone lines after multiple attempts. I went to a store yesterday and was turned away for not having them after being told it would be 10 minutes to replace the item. This review is not meant to be antagonistic in any way, but I hope that my words will be taken into careful consideration. I’m a loyal customer and would like to see the business and culture change for the better. Kind regards Michael

RUBBISH AND PATHATIC CUSTOMER AND AFTER SALE SERVICE I was told to give up my warranty cause the micro SD card that has gone faulty less than 12 month need to send away to claim warranty which don't agree. The card has my personal photos and videos. GOING TO PRIVACY COMMISSION AND CONSUMER COURT TOMORROW TO SEEK ADVISE AND COMPLAIN ABOUT PBTECH. Good Luck RUBBISH-Tech

They're happy to sell all the tech with batteries, but won't take the batteries back for recycling when they die. This is environmentally unacceptable. Get with the modern times, guys.

Rang to get help to help choose a decent laptop. Asked if they could email me the link to their recommendation from their website,also gave max price point I was willing to pay. Got no email back. I actually needed 2x laptops. Gave the specs I wanted. Oh well PC traders next stop.

Although I mainly have shopped, and purchased online of late.. due to a certain pandemic! When I have gone into the store and talked over tech issues with the staff they have been incredibly knowledgeable. The prices at PB Tech are usually the best although it still pays to shop around just in case! But if you need tech support, they know their products incredibly well!
