★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This experience here is purely from the staff member that helped me his name was Dan. Very helpful didn't try selling me the more expensive product when I asked about two different types, what was suited for my needs he explained about the products. Really really awesome guy, it's people like him that make the shopping experience better. Now when I go back again I will only look for this guy as I'm sure alot of people have favourites from most stores. Thank you for your knowledge and advice Dan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good display with reasonable amount of varieties. However, I think most furniture at Harvey Norman is over priced compared to other high end furniture showrooms. This was not the case before but something must have changed recently. Not too sure about the quality either. I looked at a bed and it was pretty bad build quality too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in looking for a lounge suite and usually we like to browse and not be bothered but a lovely man named Francis popped up and asked us what we're looking for, he immediately showed us exactly what we described we wanted and have ended up getting that suite. He was so cheerful and quick when he had to check things compared to his companions who seemed to swagger around. A pleasant experience all round but 4 stars because this place in general is more expensive than it's competitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife had a Terrible experience here with the Indian manager . She brought 3 I pads and a laptop through clik and collect my wife went to pick up the order relisted she didn't have her I'd on her and the lady because she's Maori said you couldn't afford this and basically racially targeted her because she was wearing gumboots and a dress because we live on a farm in Coatesville I find this type of behavior disgusting and we will be making a formal complaint . Not happy at all .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have spent nearly $10K in this branch. It was always sweet when you spend money with them. My Dyson V8 animal recently died after 3 years of service. But "luckily" I got an extended replacement warranty. You believe I can get a replacement unit right? But NO! Because the Dyson V8 price has gone up. They declined to give me a replacement. They can only give a store credit of the price I paid. I have to pay extra $250 to get the same model I had. This is ridiculous. Not to mention anyone person's name here. But the service lady's attitude, the communication was a shocker. I will never go back to this branch again.
