★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not enough manpower sent to do the packing in the time available in Sydney and then it went from bad to worse at this end. Damage incurred on almost every item of antique furniture and also quite a number of other items broken or damaged. Antiques now repaired. Communication great leading up to packing and delivery but after that was abysmal. Been 13 months since packing day and all issues still not resolved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The conroy removers damaged the set of drawers they loaded onto the truck. On the form they completed they did not identify them as damaged but when they offloaded it in Auckland they then mentioned the damage on the form.
We called about the damage and were told to talk to a person in damage control and they have not responded back to us in a timely manner.
Furthermore, they forgot to offload an office chair and advised they would re-deliver the next day but they did not.
So overall it was a poor quality of service and poor communication from the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The consumer guarantees Act states that carriers need to transport goods with "reasonable skill and care" the attached photos show the excessive damage on a coffee table - every surface is gouged or scratched. Conroy's response... "unfortunate and accidental"! If this is how they take reasonable care of the goods in their possession and their clients I recommend you give them a wide berth!

Prompt delivery, going the extra mile putting the table where I asked. Professional and lovely guys. Vanessa in the office was really helpful making sure everything was in place for it to arrive before Christmas even though the purchase was at the last minute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and easy communication to start with.Badly let down by the dispatch person in Napier.We had asked to be kept informed as we were the ones paying for the removal and had booked it.We had to ring on the day to find out when removal being picked up and the dispatch person not organised and r very offhand.The person from whom the goods were being picked up from also had to ring after being told pick up between 12-1.
In the end nearly 2 1/2 hrs later.We also rang again and off hand response.Appreciate not always easy to sort exact time but perhaps a specific person could be delegated to make phone calls.
We were very happy with our delivery person- just the very poor communication not good.
