★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service delivered my package to the wrong address last week Friday. No follow up. And I still don't have the package I have emailed 4 times no reply. Called twice and courier turned up here to pick up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were out when the came unannounced to deliver our parcel, we don't own a crystal ball to tell us when someone is coming to our house! they left a note to ring PBT, we have been trying for a week now, PBT do not answer their phone, we have emailed 4 times no response, their parcel tracking page does not get updated, our parcel has been in transit to the Hastings depot for a week now!!! we are now faced with having to drive over to their Napier depot to retrieve our 45kg parcel un yet we paid for door to door delivery PBT you are shocking to deal with!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed........large parcel left in mail box on street, very visible to all - VERY lucky it didn't get stolen. Not hard to go down my driveway and put it on my porch which would have been out of sight and safe.......lazy and careless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless driver ruined my lawn!! We have a 120sqm driveway if you can't reverse down it don't drive up it!! Walk the package up the drive. Literally just sowed that grass, very disappointed. He crashed into our wine barrel and popped his tyre. He needed help to get out of the driveway. We will be lodging a formal complaint!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I have ever received from any one any where. Was a 3 month saga to get them to pick up a package. Unfortunately was a prepaid label for electronic returns so had no option to go elsewhere or even drop off. After repeated lies that they had attempted pick up even though the building is manned 24/7, full cctv of all arrivals etc and waiting for a reply to multiple emails and phone calls, I ended up flagging a driver delivering to a neighbouring property and basically forcing him to pick up the package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After ordering goods the package took 12 hours from Auckland to Napier, then sat at their "Storage" facility for 6 days before being delivered a half hour drive to Hastings.
When called they don't pick up their phone, and when I did get a hold of someone they claim the driver tried to drop it off on two different occasions. Both times I was home and no one even came, when I did call they asked for a delivery card but the so called driver hadn't left one to confirm they had even made an attempt to drop off.
Would rate 0/5 if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read with interest some of the bad comments about this firm and mostly about the Napier Branch. Although sometimes the delivery is slow I usually get my parcel and the courier ladies are lovely. Thank you to the lovely lady that delivered my parcel today.
Give them a break it is not their fault if the parcels are not being handed to them within a reasonable time. It is the fault of the management of the local firm.
