โ โ โ โ โ Have had a similar experience to others with our Kamado BBQ purchased in October. Responses riddled with excuses and blame shifting to third parties and couriers - customers do not buy excuses, they buy products and reliable service.
Tried communicating to get a refund or to allow family to pick up, the only genuine responses to frustrated customers is when they are publicly shamed on platforms such as this.
Please start caring about your customers concerns, communicate with honesty and with a purpose to have issues resolved immediately.

โ โ โ โ โ Hands down the best service I have ever had, especially after there was a problem with the product a couple of months after delivery. It was replaced without any hassle at all! Great service is all about how problems are dealt with and Container Door did this incredibly well and I'm blown away by it - in a good way!
But the excellent service began when I first placed my order. The communication from that point onwards was outstanding! I feel your customers can have total confidence in your service and Integrity.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered my pergola last year June/July 2021 and communication is pretty poor. I know delays are due to covid but trying to get a hold of someone to find out about logistics is bad. Tried ringing, leaving messages and their instant messenger and when I finally got someone they said delivery has been set, but did not tell me any details about the delivery date, time, tracking number or delivery company details. So itโs been over two weeks and still no delivery or contact. Itโs frustrating and disappointing that this company doesnโt place enough effort into their customer service and Iโm not alone with this issue as you can see a lot of other people in the same situation venting their disappointments online. Please help and letโs end this disappointment and get my item delivered in time for Christmas hahaha(itโs now March 2022)

โ โ โ โ โ We have had amazing service fro Cristian at Container Door. They have gone out of their way to make sure that the lounge suite we were looking for was included in the next shipment, despite me stupidly missing the cut off time for ordering. Iโve had quick responses to queries and really couldnโt have asked for more. Hoping everything goes as smoothly on delivery. I have no reason to doubt that it will as we have used this company several times in the past and havenโt experience poor service or substandard goods yet.

โ โ โ โ โ Highly recommend! I have bought a lot through these guys and have always been impressed by the quality. On the rare occasion I have had an issue, they have rectified it immediately and gone beyond what you would expect them to do. I will keep using Container Door!

โ โ โ โ โ Similar to the thread below. Ordered and paid for a louvre back in late Aug/Sep 2021. Come March 2022 itโs still missing in action. Communication is woeful, we were emailed in Nov saying it would be here in Dec, but no such luck. Customer service is terrible, you phone and get told one thing then radio silence for weeks. Email response is non existent, seems customer service and communication are not values for the team. 3 weeks ago we were emailed a generic email to say goods were out for delivery. This week followed up with the carrier who advised the items are still at container door. Rang to try and track the order down only to be told they werenโt even sure if itโs here in NZ. Was told someone would follow upโฆ. 4 days later still crickets! Based on this experience I would struggle to recommend container door.

โ โ โ โ โ I have just purchased an infrared carbon heater from Container Door. The parcel arrived promptly to my home, but unfortunately on removing the heater from itโs packaging I found that the elements glass tube was damaged.
I contacted the the good people at Container Door expecting to possibly have a fight, but no, they were really good and were only to happy to send me a replacement.
I have to say, well done guys you are great to deal with. I appreciate it thank you. This is my second purchase, and Iโm sure it wonโt be my last. The roll away screen I previously purchased is fantastic.

I work in marketing and if you were a client of mine I would be very proud of you :-) The product, a 4m x 4m aluminium louvre pergola, was of a better quality than I expected and it wasn't too difficult for three of us to erect. The result is amazing, I am thrilled as it has extended my living area and made my already beautiful kwila deck even better. In the three days since it has been up I have already used the area more than in the 15 months I've lived here. Thank you, team!
