β β β β β We brought product to fit out a new three bedroom boutique lodge which comprised of five bathrooms. We got great prices and excellent service and when it turned out that two of the showers I bought did not match where the plumber had put his hoses, they were happy to take them back for a full refund and of course I bought two new ones from them. the corner sliding showers were excellent quality with great rollers.

β β β β β The price is cheap but have to say that the quality of their products is really compromised and the service is even worse. The shower box door does not fit in well and I got quite negative from my builder while installing it.
When I called them for the possibility of a trade-in deal, my request has been declined and their attitude has been rude. From the comments below I see other customers also complain that this seller does not allow any return/refund, which seems against NZ law...
Anyway, you pay for what you get. Worst experience ever and will never buy anything from here again. Hope this information helps.
