Established in 2005, we grew from a casual trademe seller to a dedicated online furniture store. We started from selling only beds to all sorts of furniture. In 2017, our Hamilton showroom and a pick up site was open. We are dedicated to bring high value-for-money furniture to our customers. We have a compact team of 5 employees working hard to deliver you the most efficient service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will not recommend anyone. We received very bad quality and wrong size mattress from them.And when we try to explain them about the poor quality we received ,the owner of the sue- e- furniture start abusing and harassing us.The owner of the shop is a greedy man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is really a bad vendor. When we went to purchase our sofas , they told us that there is stock. We have even confirmed with them several times. But on the day of delivery, which is 4 days later, they told us that one of our orders is out of stock. This is ridiculous and is this how they conduct business so unprofessionally and lack of honestey& integrity???? What a bad company...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Was greeted by a tired, reluctant to serve me man. Was fair enough too as I'd rocked up after closing time. After explaining i was caught in the stink Auckland holiday traffic and i needed a bed, he sighed, got up and asked me what bed i wanted haha and even helped me cram it in the van. Thanks again dude awesome. Will be back again, before closing time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend Sue-e Furniture. Went to pick up 2 bedside tables we ordered, after calling ahead and checking they definitely had 2 in stock. After driving across Auckland to pick up I was told that only one of them was a flat pack and the other was a display unit. Apon checking the display unit, it had scratches and dirty marks on the top and side of the table and it did not appear to be a new item. They weren't willing to sell it cheaper, and said I was already getting a discount for the display unit because they usually charge a $40 assembly fee. Wow! Absolute time waster. Wish we had checked the reviews first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Was told through 3 different channels by them shipping to Christchurch was possible. Waited days for the invoice to pay them and after having to send another three messages I am now told shipping isn't possible after all. Clearly there are different people working that give different answers depending on how they are feeling on the day.
Spend your money elsewhere, these people don't deserve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT SHOP HERE! Purchased a bed (with delivery) and there were crucial parts missing. Called the company and was advised to come into the store to match up the pieces and collect the right ones. Asked politely for a refund for shipping as it seemed redundant to have to pay for shipping initially when I was then told I would have to come to the store anyway (for the company's mistake). Was denied a refund as it was out of their hands?? Terrible customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We saw a sofa we liked online for a great price. We went in to sit on it and make sure it was comfy. It was great and the sales guy asked once if we needed help and then didn’t pester us. We ordered it at like 7pm on a Saturday night and it arrived Monday morning. Such an easy and great experience! I’d get something from them again.
