β β β β β I have a chronic lower back condition - spondylolisthesis - which means that at times one of my lower vertebra slips forward onto the bone underneath. Yesterday I turned up for Pilates in quite a lot of discomfort and pain. Marco very gently took me through a series of exercises that helped to articulate my spine and the vertebra to move back into place. Today I am a little sore but moving freely and in no pain. Seeing Marco is an essential part of keeping my back healthy and of my overall wellbeing routine.

β β β β β Fantastic for whole body - who knew that a few springs could provide an arm workout? I love how after regular lessons with Marco I feel more aware of my posture and my back pain improves. He is very passionate about the way classical pilates can transform and give clients a long lean strength.

β β β β β I have been working with Marco on Classic Pilates for the last few months and it has changed my life. I feel stronger, more flexible, my overall fitness has improved and i feel a great sense of well being that lasts well after the session. You achieve slowly but surely with Marco's help. Marco is kind and firm with his requests and makes you want to be the best you. He adapts anything that doesn't, or won't work for you and your body. I would recommend Marco and Arrow Pilates for everyone at any age or stage. It's wonderful.

β β β β β A lovely Pilates studio and Marco is a great teacher! Took a private and tower pilates class while visiting Queenstown. Marco has attention to detail and corrected my form and my body felt great after sitting on the plane. Highly recommend this Classical Pilates studio!
