I used to come here quite often, even to this day, but I'v noticed that lately the service to see a doctor even with nobody in the waiting room takes a long time. the doctors are so slow. Coming here is a huge mistake. TRUST!!!!! please whitecross hire some different doctors pleaaase!!! also you guys are not thorough with your medical assessment on your patients!!!!!

It's not a complaint rather I would like to share our experience in this center so they can improve in certain areas. Myself and two of our friends took our elderly mom's to do a pre travel Covid test as it's center location for three of us from different Auckland region. I went to this place all the way from Henderson. When we got up there we quickly got the administration part done and made to wait in the waiting area. The receptionist can serve customers with bit more respect and with smiley face. That's ok. First we have waited in the waiting area for nearly half an hour. One of my friend was waiting in the car park as her mom also one of the person we wanted to do the test. My friend was waiting in the car with her two kids who are less than 3 year old, thinking the test will be done quickly and can go home. So first of three were called at 12:15 pm , we thought it's going to finish soon so we can return home. The first one were made to wait in the nurse triage neatly 30 mts without doing anything (At least she could have stayed with others in the waiting area). After that 30 mts the nurse who we were all waiting for her to do the swab simply walked out without even telling anything. It's we who went and asked the reception about this she said the nurse is gone for lunch break and she would come back only after 45 mts. We were like what!! Simply waited in the triage room for more than 30 mts for nothing. My friend's mom who made to wait inside is diabetic and have to have her lunch and medication so we thought it's not going to worth waiting for another 45 mts like this and so we have decided to go to another GP. We asked for a refund explaining why won't be able to wait and expressed politely our unhappiness. The receptionist quickly got processed all our our refund. But she was to give some cash to process one refund but she run out of money. When she approached the cashier she was asking us too many questions and she was very rude before handing over her the cash. Poor friend who waited outside in the car with her two little kids almost for more than an hour for nothing. Simply the waiting time is too much and staff can serve the clients with kindness.

I wanna say the lovely older ladies were nice to me. The Indian doctor was nice to me too until a referral went wrong. I understood but the reception desk need to acknowledge those who are still waiting to be seen inside and outside. I had to tell them someone was outside. They were waiting for a while too. I was alright with the fee to see doctor there but afterwards. Physiotherapy nxtdr advised both ends fix the ACC referral before I go for my next appointment. Tbh I wasn't pleased with the service I was given. I found one of the nurses rude who made me walk all the way back to where Imaging was. With my ankle the way it was fine before I walked into the center and hurt more once I left. The need for power walking with a limp and a cane at a snail's pace made my injury feel such discomfort when I first arrived I was in no pain. I still do the next appointment but after that. I'm going back to my GP who is kinder to those who can't walk. I'm sorry but my first visit since the last time I was there was worse than several years ago. Not happy today. I was so tired when I left after the hourly long wait. I forced myself to take a taxi home instead, when I wanted to walk it. Don't bother guys, not worth it.

Wish there was negative 5 for the rude receptionist. Probably Fijian Indian lady with the glass on. She should find another profession to match to her disgusting personality.

So grateful to Dr Li and Nurse Carol at Whitecross Otahuhu for their expert care and support. I was seen promptly after my wound became infected and my follow up care was excellent. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!

I wanted to give this place a zero star. Receptionists are so rude and have no value of customer service. I don't know why or how this place continue to hire people with such behavior? It's unacceptable, especially with the amount of complaints on receptionists alone. Disgusted with their way of treating patients with zero respect. We pay for our treatments and the least you could do is smile as if your faces aren't already unpleasing to look at anyway. Plus, it costs nothing to be kind. Find another job if you aren't happy with being a receptionist. I'm sure there are lots of people who could use the opportunity to work and would do a much better job than these angry birds with no joy. WHITE CROSS DO BETTER!!!!!

I got there before 8 was in line in front of 2 people greeted by the person at the counter . Had to wait almost an hour to see someone. Went there to just to get my arm bandage replaced . A old nurse came and took me to her room . She wonder off somewhere after cutting my bandage off and she put some paper on my arm.my arm was burnt by water at work. She had told me it was getting better , I wanted a new bandage to get warped around because it comes off when I work. She seem annoyed and wonder off somewhere for 5 min came back started to warp my arm with bandage finally after awhile of being in that room. That old lady not sure even if it's a nurse I asked for her name she started to get more annoyed and started to get kinda mad she started to throw stuff around on her tray and she bye bye after she finished. I ask her if I needed to come back she said come back next week but previously the other nurse I had (which was much kinder and more understanding) told me to come today and come back and check on it in 2-3 days she said come back on Thursday to get it replaced . The old lady that I wasn't even sure of it was a even a real nurse she was rude and had a rude attitude towards me .She should fix her rude behavior this is not how a person should act to a person and get angry for asking questions about their injury.
