★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I asked for a cut similar to the first photo attached; I came out with my hair so short that without any product it sticks straight out all over my head. After a reasonable & fair complaint, instead of apologising they accused me of lying!! They claimed the (Thai team leader) stylist had told me several things she absolutely did NOT, & who even made up a story that I had (NOT) told her, in order to cover her own backside -OMG!! You can see by the photos that my hair is FAR shorter than the photo I provided - thats the bottom line yet they RUDELY ACCUSED ME OF LYING (somehow the photos prove nothing...) AND REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY!?? I ask the public - does my cut look anything like the photo I took in to get that similar style?? Or is it 2/3 inches shorter than I requested?? I now basically have a crewcut and am so embarrassed I feel as though I cant even go out till it grows a bit!! This has been an appalling experience - go in for a haircut - come out with hardly any hair left given Id grown it especially to have that style and then get accused of lying - un-bloody-believable!! THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very unorganized on my visit. Went in with my husband and ge was seen straight away. O had a wait, which I did not mind, but then someone else was seen before me with no explanation. The hairdresser told me that booking online at this stage fid not guarantee you a place at a specific time better as a walk in. Clearly not in my case as I was there for an hour. Good haircut though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried three days in a row to get a haircut here. The first day I went in to ask for a clipper cut, there was no one in the store but the lady pulled a sign out from under the counter that said 1-1.5 hr wait times, and told me to get the app to 'check in'. I didn't have time that day but the next day I downloaded the app, 'checked in' online and waited for my call to let me know it was time for my cut. No call. Next day, same thing happened. I just want a clipper cut from a 'walk in' hairdresser.. I can only assume that no one who actually owns the place is ever in there.

I was told that is not required. At 17:12 I arrived and I have been told that is closed as she had to pick up a kid and had to clean up... Other time I had to wait 45 minutes and then told me to come back in 2 hours time as I did not have a booking. They couldn't organize a bun fight in a bakery...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my daughter to Just Cuts for a haircut, lovely friendly professional service! Great cut as my daughter went from very long hair to a nice shoulder length cut. Did not have to wait long at all, good price for a major cut! She looks Awesome and happy to not have to have her hair tied up every day!
