โ โ โ โ โ Went into this chemist at 5.15 on Thursday the 17th went straight to the counter to ask for what I need to be not even greeted by the rude lady behind the counter, and then when I asked for what I was after cut me off saying we don't have that.. had she not cut me off she would have heard what I was asking for. Awful customer service, I work in retail and I know what it's like and that was just down right rude.

โ โ โ โ โ If i could give this no stars i would. The older woman who works there is the most rudest woman i have ever come across. When you are sick the last thing you want to deal with is a rude woman at the counter. Not helpful and not friendly at all. I will never go back to this pharmacy again.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service is not all. These pharmacists somehow go into the private medical records taken by a patientโs family doctor and/or hospital. My friend was there yesterday and didnโt want to write a review but with her permission Iโm writing it. She got home, very upset, from the pharmacy last night. Donโt give them your name or details if you donโt absolutely HAVE to. My friend said that after she had been interrogated about her private medical history (in front of others) about things that had nothing to do with the medication she was there to buy she felt violated and very upset. And with good reason. Notes between a doctor and patient are supposed to be confidential and private medical records are supposed to be just that. PRIVATE!!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I unfortunately had the same experience with the rude lady today. She is manning the front of the shop to deal with customers trying to purchase goods. I understand that we are dealing with an unprecedented situation at the moment, but she is clearly too stressed to be doing the job. No wonder people are heading to the Chemist Warehouse in droves. There is no excuse for such rudeness under any circumstances.

โ โ โ โ โ As always, friendly staff super helpful, friendly and always smiling. I haven't been in for a while but this crew makes everything so easy. I'll happily drive past 10 other chemists to come to this one for the advice, help and staff. I appreciate customer service especially when there is choice...not all chemists are created equal much like any industry. Thanks again for your help today, expectations exceeded
