★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible customer service dropped my bad and they didn’t even think to help pick things up. i was in the self checkout and the machine kept saying unexpected item in bag when this would happen both of the 2 women standing there didn’t see and we had to call them over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice super market, staff are very pleasant. They have a great range of international and gluten free products. Go in and have a wander, it not a ginormous place but it’s packed with heaps of goodies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just finished shopping and Went to the checkouts, the lady behind the counter kept speaking down to me and my partner, Telling us how to pack a shopping bag. She sold us more than we needed and wouldn't listen and over charged us for bags.... I think I'm old enough to know how to pack a bloody bag!!! Its not rocket science!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service for online ordering. I chose pickup from the lockers specifically.. and clicked ‘on my way’ to the text I received from countdown Colombo within 2 mins of receiving it. Our house is only 5 mins drive from the supermarket. So very quick response to the texts you receive and when we arrived I clicked ‘I’m here’. So roughly 7 mins in total. We sat for 35 minutes waiting to be texted the code for the lockers. We finally decided to ring up and ask where the code was. We got told by a very rude lady, I think her name was Bernadette? “Oh we are running late tonight” - that part I understood and was fine with.. it was what followed, to then be told “well your orders been here waiting for ages and we were about to put it back” ages? I doubt most customers would arrive within 7 minutes max of the text being received- I’m sure people have taken much longer. Then I ask “ok so why are you putting our order back when we have been waiting here for so long and clicked that we had arrived 35 minutes ago” and got told “just to come into the store and collect it then”. Next we got home, unpacked the groceries- order was completely wrong, missing items,wrong items.. very frustrating service. Then to top it all off there’s a reason I selected ‘allow substitutes’ on the online order… for substitutes to be made if there’s bits out of stock. There were no substitutes given despite there being some of those items in store when my partner went inside and looked himself. We want our money back for the items we were charged for but never given!!
