β β β β β Had a problem with my drug, the pharmacist/managr helped me sort it out. very helpful and polite. it very busy, takes 10-15 min but very nice people.

β β β β β I was served by a kind pharmacist, she gave me a product for my sore itchy throat, and it magically cleared within a few days. Very good service, and very friendly even tho it was really busy. amazing service and def will bring back my prescription.

β β β β β I visited this pharmacy about 2-3 months ago and found them very helpful so been going back there since. Always appreciate their customer service and enjoy my time there apart from one time when I got pushed over by another customer with a trolley. Well I guess I just need to be more vigilant when I shop there ;) so happy to give 5 stars!

β β β β β The worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is the first time placing a review but I was astonished at how bad the service was. On handing over my prescription the guy says there is an hour wait, I said no problem I can collect tomorrow which I thought would be very helpful for them. He said tersely that they could try and do it for then. Seriously 24 hours to fill a very basic script would seem totally reasonable I feel. I said don't worry about it and he handed it back to me.
Will not bother with them again and will advise others to do the same

β β β β β If i could give you a zero, that woyld have been your rating today. The one on the express checkout did not honor me being only the one on the after checking out a customer. He quickly put the sign closed. I nicely requested him if he could just checkout my 2 items (softdrinjs) for my disabilty clients tgat i support but he coldly refused and direxted me to the long qeues and self check out. Their self check outs dont ecen accept cash as this is the only means I could pay because I am doing it with the people i support. So disappointing.
Sorry, this rating is for the express checkout, not for the pharmacy

β β β β β Had the best customer service from Suri highly recommend getting all your pharmacy needs from Suri she is so lovely. Came to get prescription for my 84 year old aunty who just got out of hospital & yesterday & she took the time to go through everything with me & print me out a copy & staple it off the prescription I gave her as I requested. I love exceptional customer service & that's what Suri gave such a lovely asian pharmacist. I have been coming to this pharmacy since it opened & all the staff are lovely but Suri she's the best one. Countdown Pharmacy should be proud to have her as a pharmacist!! I took a photo of her but something went wrong lol when I tried to upload it so you will have to visit to meet the awesome Suri as to what she looks like.
