★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered blinds June 2020 and it is March 2021 -still no blinds and my requests for a refund have been ignored! Still 'looking into it'! Seems to be the standard response. Don't waste your money. Literally try anywhere else!!!

Its disgusting that this happens in New Zealand where you are supposed to be protected by the Consumer Guarantee Act. That's absolute rubbish!! I hope they go out of business because they do not deserve to still be operating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered clear blinds for our deck in March 2021 using a Treatme voucher and requested an additional blind. Covaflex issued an invoice in March 2021 for the additional cost which was paid immediately. Since ordering the blinds I have not received my order. Telephone calls/messages and emails over the last six months are not replied to and in fact they are actively avoiding any contact. I would warn against anyone using this company as they will take your money and not deliver the product
