Next time I would take a bit more time with the menu as It was quite extensive . Hitting happy hour was a bonus . Liked the idea of the hot stones for steaks etc , would give that a go next time . Service was good .

The food though, severely unimpressed by the bruschetta and "buffalo" cauliflower bites, which had absolutely no spice or flavour to them whatsoever. Keen to support local businesses but it was a bit of a let down.

The hotplate meals are great, Bluecod fish n chips is phenomenal, great selection of beer and very down to earth and nice staff. The seafood chowder had some small shell shards in it but it was taken off the bill with no problems. Loved the atmosphere and overall very happy with everything.
B	Bojan Krtolica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to come for Happy Hour with well priced drinks. And $11 for a double shot of CC is almost unheard of in NZ. Food was good and the service was quick. Basically good bar food on offer here and we really enjoyed our company so it was a great night. Slightly random that the volume on the TV went up high for 10 mins. It was a provincial basketball game that, although had a local team, no one was watching.
C	Charlie Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place to dine solo or for group dinner. Also this is one of the few restaurants that serves stone grill steaks + lobster tail at a very reasonable price. Happy to dine here again next time I’m in Dunedin.
C	Coriri ANNE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely outdoor seating with views of city hall and the church. I enjoyed a no-mojito and we also ordered a hazy Ipa it was apparently happy hour but still ended up paying 19 bucks. Pricey but understandable these days! Give this place a try!

There would have been more photos of the entrees and mains but they didn't last long enough due to the delectable & scrumptious flavors ?... I did however get a photo of the 'famous' skillet cookie (which is a must have). You won't be disappointed! ?...
