★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great box, owned and operated by kiwis. Two showers, clean toilets and equips well distributed around. I like the opening times, because I start early at 5am and it is fresh and not crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andre does an excellent job. I'm new to NZ and have been going here for ~2 months. The programming has been spot on and Andre finds ways to help everyone improve, regardless of ability level. I would recommend 3216 without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently cultural diversity is not welcome at CrossFit 3216. This is a real shame New Zealand exhibits a genuine appeal and love of racial diversity and embraces culture. However, it appears there are still a few bad eggs among us. Anna (the owner), being the motivation behind this post. Kiwis in general have grown and are more accepting of our brothers and sisters from other countries. And most love nothing more than good conversation (whatever the subject). Please whatever you do, do not try and make conversation with this lady or mention her hair. Apparently its not the kiwi way?? and it will get you kicked out of the gym. At $180 a month my advise is just go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The programming and coaching at CF 3216 is top notch! I've been going for about 5 months after attending several CF gyms overseas. Everyday is a challenge but super rewarding and fun. The coaches are there to help everyone improve regardless of experience level. The community is wonderful and encouraging. I'd recommend this crossfit gym to anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just joined this gym for a few months now. It has been a great experience so far to learn new things and challenge what I thought was impossible. As daunting as it is in the beginning, I really enjoy going to my class now. The coach is very supportive and will put their best effort into finding a progression for everyone to grow. The community is just awesome!! Highly recommended ?
