★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to find location, wait wasn't long, there were a couple of cars ahead of me. The guy who did the inspection was good and pointed out a few things that I would need to attend to within the next 12 month's which was appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having read the negative comments, I still decide to give the new management a fair go. My conclusion is that most of the bad comments are real. I was there to experience it myself. Here is one simple example: One of my wheels are different in shape from the other three, All four are 17x7.5 but they wanted proof that they are all the same width. I suggested that I will remove the different wheel so that we can see the specs written inside the wheel. They are not interested but keep saying they want proof. Conclusion: Will never go there again, thats my personal opinion. Go there at your own peril.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to do WOF. Done it 5 years ago and though I give it a try again since after lockdown all other places is fully booked for another 2 weeks. Biggest mistake! They failed me on a few thing but one major thing. Took it to the garage to get it fix. Was told that all the other minor ones was fine but the major thing shouldn't be failed caused it is still okay!! Took it back to them and they still insist to get it fix. I end up paying another WOF somewhere else and it was as the mechanic said " all still good". My suggestion is if you have old car don't go here, they will fail you on unreasonable things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than 3 hours waiting only for a part replacement until you have to check yourself how long you need to wait more. The receptionist is very unfriendly and unprofessional, provide poor service and had no communication upfront. This is the second time I have been here only because they failed my WOF for the first time. It is not the trustworth place. I am not coming back anymore, no wonder why all the other places fully booked apart from this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a warrant today. Car was fine on way to your store. Get it back; now making a scrapping sound in the rear breaks. Waste of time. Waste of money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Vehicle failed on two front tyres !
Which was a bit of a shock they looked fine !! So went to get new tyres and the tyre place said they didn’t need replacement!! Went back to talk to the manager!! Wow ignorant service would not come have a look or explain just said they failed ! Asked for his card so l could follow up ! Didn’t have one and refused to give me his name after l asked politely !! After working 20 yrs in the motor business l thought that customer service was key !! Not here would give a wide berth !
By the way the young lady at the desk was very pleasant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since Lightning Automotive took over, the service here has dropped. I suspect that they are using the WOF station to get business for their mechanics. Ads board outside says independent but it is not true since they offer mechanical repair service to you immediately when they fail you. Also, with the previous owners you could talk to the mechanic about the problems after the test. But the new owners are operating in a way to prevent any discussion with the assessor. My suggestion is to find a truly independent WOF service.
