★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchase a shower unit with the shower tray. The instructions say use supplied showerbond of which there was none in the pack. Contacted Crown and was told I need to buy it seperately. They did not even mention this when I purchased the shower and would not supply the showerbond with out me having paying for it. Discusting business practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought 3 vanities and had them fitted, within months small hairline cracks started to appear in the guest bathroom basin, this basin is hardly used. I checked the other vanities and sure enough cracks hard started to appear. I contacted Crown Bathrooms they didn't want to know, told me it was MY fault, not sure how.... Pay a bit extra and go to a reputable company... rather than buying junk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a shower and vanity that was on trade me that was chrome framed once ordered was told the they only had white but was told a container was arriving with chrome. Then the container arrived and we were told there were no chrome in it, as soon as I questioned why they were advertising products they don’t even have she no longer wanted to do business with me. DO ADVERTISE STUFF FOR SALE YOU DONT HAVE!!

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL customer service from manager Terry! ?
My story is ...I bought a slightly incorrect sized shower. This was identical to the permanently displayed model in the showroom. I asked to exchange this. There was no notice on this stating it was not exchangable & I was not told it couldn’t be returned. I have been refused an exchange on the basis my shower was custom made when it wasn’t. All communication ceased after 1 email reply refusing assistance & gIven a link to the t’s& c’s.
The manager was offered a swap of just the door & tray to the larger size & I offered to buy a new liner but he’s just shut down communication.
I was a regular, loyal customer of this business but this combined with Covid restrictions has costs far exceeding the replacement shower I will have to purchase. Needless to point out that the future thousands I & my partner spend will be with ❤️LENNOX BATHROOMS ❤️ ( Blenheim Rd, Christchurch). Fantastic service ‼️
