★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After many months of emails and speaking to Customer Experience Manger, and other staff, I am still waiting a resolution and refund to the botched bedroom curtain order. This order was placed in January 2020 and still hasn't been resolved. Emails remain unanswered, emails they said were sent have never been received, the refund that was supposed to come through still hasn't been received. Lyn Bennison
