★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll never use this business again!!! My hot water cylinder drain line was leaking water. It supposed a small job to replace valves on hot water cylinder. A professional plumber should prepare well and should come to the site just once can quickly fix the problem. He came on site for 1 hour 45 minutes but did not finish the job. He second time came on the site for 45 minutes. It’s not a professional way of doing a job without preparing and need to come twice. The worst part is charging me 5 hours on labour and total cost is $1261.78 just for replacing valves. I am very shocked at how much we were charged. Stay away!!!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plumber arrived to fix my hot water cylinder, after 10 minutes realised it was an electrical fault and called in an electrician. He came that evening and replaced a broken component in 10 minutes. Seemed alright until I received a bill for over $300! Call out fees and 1 hour of labour charged for the plumber that did nothing, and a huge electrician bill that wasn't explained.
Poor communication all round, no explanation of any costs in person or on their website, I'll never be using this business again.
