However, customer experience is everything in any business, forgetting orders and providing half cooked meals (as they were rushed since they forgot our order) is disappointing, as it doesn’t align with their quality of food. Huge potential to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is amazing and we love coming here on a Saturday. However, disappointing experience today with poor customer service, our order was forgotten and we had to ask about when it was coming, saw them putting our croissants into the oven when we questioned about it.

This morning the service we received was not that of the usual high standard, our coffee was delivered to us and the order was wrong and the presentation was sloppy. We were disappointed by our experience today and we will not be in a rush to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Daily Bread! Ham and cheese Croissants are unreal the mustard inside is subtle but compliments the croissant so well! Coffee is also great, highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and coffee were great, but cleanliness was lacking. It's all well and good to have the food on display; but while I was sitting and eating, a bird came and got behind the counter to nibble on food that was then served to customers!!!! This was actually super gross.
There were also flies all over the donuts that were being served. The food needs proper pest free display cabinets.
I'm really sorry to say that, but it let the place down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite being extremely busy it was a pleasant experience. Didn’t get any coffee although I definitely will try next visit. The ham and cheese croissant and cinnamon bun were amazing! Great taste and texture. The blueberry danish was average.
