★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like they can’t do any proper haircut for women. I don’t know what sort of low-end hair mask ($10 extra for this )they put on my hair, my hair was extremely oily and heavy afterwards. Staff not trained properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service and great results. My daughter wanted a new style rather than the usual trim so she opted to get a mohawk. Went to see Daisy and the team just to check out her store as it was right across the road from work, showed her a few pictures of the style i wanted my daughters hair cut and man did she deliver. My daughter was nervous and excited but now she is just over the moon with the results. She is so happy and loving her new hair style. Thank you Daisy, from the beginning to the end your services were excellent. Will definitely be seeing you again?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited a few times and was always impressed with their work (cut and colour) until that time I brought my daughters for balayage. I rang before hand and they said they could do it. We chose the colour, diacussed how they wanted it and it looked they they knew what to do. Unfortunately after all the communications and explanations they somehow bleached too much of their hair and it turned out Daisy had no idea what a balayage was! We had to explain to her with photos and all sorts. Anyways we spent 7 hours their and my daughters left the salon with very dry and damaged hair. Paid $580 (yes $290 each) and they had to go to Vivo to get extra treatments to save their hair the next day (another $72 each) and their hair is just not what they wanted. Never going back. Ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little place in Henderson just outside the mall. They can be a little more professional.i didn't like the ladies talking to each other very loudly over me.. the boys sitting outside were called in every now and then to dry a client's hair or to straighten it ..not very professional. My appointment was at 5.30 and they did not actually start on me till 6.45..more then an hours wait...work done in my hair was OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a haircut at this place 2 months ago. I was taken care by a younger lady. It was bad then, it was worse now that it has grown a bit. I wouldnt be deceived by their low price because it would climb up to expensive when youre done. Sorry but not coming back. I have seen the older lady cut someone else though and she was on point. So i guess it would have been better to go to the professial haircutter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hair salon had cut my uncle's hair soo well, she took her time and showed us that she cared about what she was doing. Not only that, she was also extremely friendly and communicated with us. My uncle's hair came out as exactly as he wanted it to be. A solid 11/10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the only salons in Auckland having everything under one roof and operating late. Prices are cheap for the services offered. Daisy is extremely dedicated, hardworking and passionate about what she does. She'd never say no to her customers and is always eager to help. I needed a last minute hair trim at 9pm on a Saturday night for a party and no one around was even answering my phone call. Daisy was quick to respond and offered to do the job for no extra charge. She was not hurrying and did an amazing job. Thanks again Daisy!
