I came into RW after I had gotten braids done at another location, however they were terribly done and I was very unhappy but I came in and Mana did them perfectly for me, completely turned my day around by fixing them. THANK YOU!!!! ?

β β β β β First time seeing Mana today and he did an amazing job. He listened to exactly how I wanted my hair and it came out perfect. He educated me on my own type of hair and the doβs and dontβs when it comes to washing it. I really enjoyed my time there today and will be back to see him.

I highly recommend going to him to get your hair done 100% :))) he will go above and beyond your expectations and make you feel so happy with the outcome. β β β β β This salon used to give great service, but not anymore. Iβve been twice recently and they now no longer give a scalp massage when shampooing your hair, they also donβt straighten or curl your hair after a haircut, theyβll just blow dry it. I paid full price, both these services were listed online as part of the haircut. Disappointed.

β β β β β They are lier and they donβt know how to curl the hairs. Wastage of money and time. The staff of there is foolish and they do not know that how to satisfy the customer. I did my curl hair before 4 days and my curl hairs come straight within 1 day and I ask the staff about that and they ask to give them more money to do this. They do not have a enough product and they do my hair curls itβs not good. On that time, the staff whose name is mana ask me to come back on another day when the ferm will come and when I call them they ask you spend again 130 dollars on your hairs. What the foolish things they are doing and they not give the refund or not do my hair curls. Bad service and experience of Rodney Wayne Henderson.

β β β β β I was a bit daunted about cutting my hair short but Mana reassured me that I had the right face shape for the style I wanted. He explained the type of hair that I had and how to care for it.He even gave me tips on styling because i had absolutely no idea. Really awesome conversation too. Thanks Mana. The service provided by my hairdresser "Nadia" was exceptionally artful. Her approach to making things happen was magical and beyond. Professionalism was certainly provided and her friendly/polite approach made you feel right at home. It definitely was worth my time driving from Papakura to Westcity, and back! Thanks Nadia, and the team for everything. See you again soon!??
