★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped my cat of for a consultation as I had a doctor appt at the same time.
Got a call saying they had to sedate her to treat the wound and she would need antibiotics
They never consulted with me about the sedation and subsequent treatment they just went ahead without my authorisation and then charged me close to $400. Disgusting, will never use Redfield VetEnt again and I will be telling my friends about my experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 8 year old dog went in every year for "sun spot" treatment, what they prescribed never helped much so this year I went to West Melton and they instantly recognised he has allergies. Absolutely appalling that several vets could not diagnose hay fever, coupled with several dodgy bills over the years. I will never return!
