Very happier with the platters we've got, super fresh, we order the day before and request to pick up the next day at 11:30am. Everyone love the food was gone in mins (a group of 15 hungry tummies). Front of house was very easy and friendly, will come back again.

A great place for kids to enjoy their meal. They could sit there and watch the train goes by whole day. Tasty food and fun environment. Basically love every dishes there. But we avoid using their toilet as it was quite smelly…… It would be much better if they didn’t have to share the toilet with the shop next door.

Visited lastnight (Tuesday 15th June) 4th time. Unfortunately Very disappointed about the service and food. Feel total deference with last 3 time visit. Many dishes were wrong with display name in the belt. Many dishes were not taste fresh. Some sushis looks defrost. Also that girls tryied to give us someone els orders. They brougt three times some orders even we didn't ordered. One girl reacted rudely. She try to say we ordered and we are rejecting that. She didn't believe us. I saw same thing happened to many tables. I'm not recommending this place to anyone and wont go again.

Family-friendly, kids love it here! Good mix of booth seating and sitting up at the high counter. So much fun and great variety, definitely more expensive than traditional sushi shops but nice for something different. The pork ramen (hot noodles) came in a very small bowl and cost $7.80 which we thought was a bit much, especially as there was only one tiny piece of pork in the entire bowl! ?? But apart from that this is a nice place.

Have been a regular customer at Daruma for years since they first opened. Good variety of sushi at different pricing. 1st come 1st serve, no bookings allowed. Always packed in the weekend. Lately, their food quality has gone down. Green tea is now made from powder served in plastic cup. Drinks menu has shrunk. They don't do seasonal variety anymore. You have to request for ginger now. Sushi looked as if they were rushed being put together with bits falling off. Staff can be happier. Please please improve if you want to provide a 'unique Japanese experience' as advertised.

Ok food. There is not much of sushi varieties. However, my two sons love it. They think it will be a treat to go there. Cost will be on the high end. However, the place is always busy. You can not reserve. You can put your name down with number of people and wait in the queue. So you either can come early or later time for lunch or dinner. Not good for big group of people.

Sushi Train in Botany, but they also serve other options such as Ramen, Udon and Sashimi you can order. Kids Train meal is cool for the younger ones. The sushi tastes fresh and price is dependent on the plate colour. No reservations, walk-in only. Booth seats only fit 6 people max. The takeaway sushi platters seems like good value for money

I personally think that this place is one of the best sushi trains there is. Service is always good every time we visit. Some days I do find that there are more variety of plates although I'm not sure what the factor is since we always usually come here 11:30-12:30pm. We also order a few dishes from the menu -mostly ramen- which comes in a small bowl (pretty good for taste testing between a few people). 3 or more people get offered booths otherwise you sit side by side on the other side of the train.
