I paid $95 for delivery expecting that they would deliver to the house and like ALL OTHER furniture stores take unpack and take the outside cardboard boxes away. But NO, on the day of delivery the guys left my sofa BOXED and was about to leave, the guys called up store and I was told that I needed to pay $10 right there and then so they can take away the cardboard box. I simply think this is rip off bcoz you should hv told me about any hidden fees involved and not make me feel like threatened by $10 bcoz I expected them to take away large cardboard boxes. Secondly whichever company that delivers your furniture was very rude on the phone, bcoz we hvent moved into the house yet there isnt anyone home, first call I told them they expect me to be there at 2pm, then I will be there at 2pm, but they arrived 1.50pm and I was still on my way there driving, they called me multiple times of how much longer if they could jst leave the box outside as they r late for next delivery?? Like it was my fault that I got there at 2pm! Thats it from me with early settlers, would not come back again thanks

Absolutely the worst service provided!!! I would give a zero if I can. We went in January to change our mailing address and a Chinese lady that had served us said she would change it for us. Thought everything was all good and what do you know, she had only changed the billing address and not the mailing one! We were expecting a delivery to be done today at around 12pm and still nothing even when the time was 3pm. Had to call over 5 times to the staff working there and nothing was happening. In the end we had to call the delivery man ourselves to get it delivered. They said they can only deliver it between 6-8pm! Wasted our whole day just waiting!! Is this even possible? Why bother in saying that you guys provide delivery services when you make the customer do everything! Absolutely pathetic! Not even a single apology as well!! The worst of the worst customer service provided. Will never go back there! Btw we got our delivery at 8pm today! Wow...Thanks a lot. Some excellent service there, really.

Went there .. saw a lovely table and chairs. Went to the counter and spent 20 minutes giving them all my personal information prior to the sale, they even asked if I would like to pick it up.. yes I said with enthusiasm. Just about to pay and then the bomb shell ........2 months wait for delivery, really see ya

One of my favourite places for browsing and the occasional worthwhile deal. Small things make a big difference. Have several lights from this place and they are just beautiful. The lounge furniture is not comfortable enough to my taste.

If I could give zero stars I would. Live in the area and prefer to support local businesses. In this case I decided to go to another branch on other side of Auckland. Wasted 1 hour of my time. Just wanted to go in and spend my money knowing what I wanted. Should have been an easy sale for them especially if spending many thousands on various items. All they had to do is create an invoice and take my money. Instead after an hour I had to walk out. Didn’t know what they doing and didn’t want to help. They keep changing their mind about stuff and pricing. Really painful experience. Went and spent my money with another store and they were fantastic. I guess any business is only as good as the people and management working there.

I won't buy from the Botany Branch again . Took 6 months to get my shelving. OK I understand the Covid delay. But the service after it arrived was not giod at all. Told to come in and pay cause it's arrived. Go in and pay on the Wednesday and then told no, its at the warehouse but you can't collect it this Saturday cause they busy. Then call the following Friday to confirm collection on Saturday and told no ,we have to give them 2 days notice before we collect. So when we went in and paid and we were told we could only collect the following Saturday, it wasn't considered notice to collect ? Really shocking service and bad attitudes.

Collected my Alla Crystal Glass Ball Floor Lamp today. So happy with the recommendation given to me by an Indian sales assistant last Thursday. Forgot to ask for her name. When I ask to test out the lamp, she immediately carry it to connect to a power point, fixed up a bulb and demo to me. She changed another bulb to show me the highest brightness the lamp can go and explained patiently. Giving good recommendation while looking at the picture of my lounge. Another Kiwi guy at the counter been really nice and friendly as I collected my lamp today. Very happy with the service and the beautiful designs in the store.
