He had good knowledge to offer as well as tips for us to take with us to other shops while we considered our options. He worked with us to find a delivery time that suited us best, which was a relief during a busy house-moving period. We are thrilled with our purchase and that we didn't have to break the bank to get a quality bed and frame. Thanks team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of the Bedpost is highly knowledgeable of what he is selling. Not only he knows his beds well but he has scientific explanation of what he is saying. Highly recommended. And he makes sure that the genuine customer DO NOT leave the door unhappy. Very friendly and allows the customers time to make decision. Second time back to him and I have not left the door unhappy.
All guaranteed if beds are late, he would loan a bed to cover the time. I have never had any bed shops have that option.
I will go back to botany bedpost if I ever have to buy a bed and that would be very soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for a new bed, mattress and bedroom side cabinets, dressers etc. you would not go wrong by calling in at this specilty bed store They have been around Highland Park and Botany for the 34 years we've been living in Howick and we, our kids and parent have dealt with them this whole time. They have a great range in store to cover every requirement you may have plenty of access to other ranges and styles to suit every need. Bedpost's service is great,they are negotiable when paying cash and have all the other forms of payment including credit. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, wouldn't bother sending anyone elsewhere without trying this store first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needs to have a better return policy in place. My partner and I have brought 2 beds with them over the past 2 years one being only 2 months ago. First one started dipping after a year and a half and go so bad to the point it we both were waking up with sore backs. When buying our new bed we were informed we needed a “firm” bed to avoid back injuries. However this bed was the worst suggestion by the botany bed post team, it’s done nothing but further damage. We thought maybe our backs were adjusting but they are not. More pain now than before!! We spoke to someone about what they can do for us seeing as this is a huge exspense for some thing that is causing this much agony, BUT they came back and suggested we spend more money and purchase a mattress topper. We asked for them to give us more options cause that was a poor effort to make us happy. They said we can swap with another bed but no other bed was comfy or suited my partner and I. He asked what we wanted and we said refund or a partial refund and he was refusing. We got no where in the end so we just left. Being loyal customers we are disgusted at the attitude and response we got back in return to buying their beds. GET A BETTER POLICY IN PLACE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought our Tempur Split Super King package from this store last December I think. During that time we still don't have a house and informed them that we only need the bed by early April. Even for a later time, they agreed to wait and secured the great price of the bed for us. Moving forward to May, they have delivered the beds, headboard, sofa for free delivery and installation. Even for the sofa, the delivery guys were very kind to install it for us. The beds were installed perfectly. All rubbish were also taken by the delivery guys.
However, the head board did not fit to our stairs and ended up returning to the store. The head board was customized so it's difficult for the store to fix the issue using the same head board. So instead, they offer us to decide on our own. They took the head board to help us sell again to another buyer. And for us, they ordered another customized heard board with the same design but will fit to our stairs. Kudos to this team who will go above and beyond just to make their customer happy. Excellent service, price, and people... I will definitely refer them and buy again in the future...
