★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are never on time. No once I went in to see the doctor before waiting for 20 minutes or more! Make sure you put an hour or so for a 10 minute GP visit. Also parking is very expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a check-up and was seen by karen napier. She was rude and condescending, even went as far as rolling her eyes at the question I asked her. I had a last question and 5 minutes remaining but she cut my session short and said I should have asked earlier.
One look at the reviews on karen at her other branch (quaymed britomart) and you’ll realise bad experiences with her and unprofessional behaviour are a common recurrence.
Dr Wong however salvaged my thoughts on this branch and is one of the most thoughtful and thorough doctors I’ve come across. Highly recommend going to her if you have to visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Catalina Wong was wonderful. Patient, empathic and very professional. She listens to you carefully and prescribe solutions straight away with her deep knowledge, and she makes you feel cared about. Dr. Yow Moh and Dr. Vanisha Pancha have been similarly great and skilled. I did have some bad experiences with Karen Napier and I felt I was scorned for coming to see a doctor with the problem I have. She told me not to do anything about it and after a few months it actually got worse. The only other time I saw her she prescribed a medication which caused bad irritation on my body too.
Five stars because of the other doctors that saved the day.
