★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible credit card department. I had bought something online where the company was dodgy and charged me a monthly fee that I never agreed to pay. I reported it to kiwi bank credit card asap but they treated me as if it was my fault. They made me run around to recover my money. In the end I gave up my $600 as Kiwi bank never did anything to help me! There are so many better banks to deal with then Kiwibank don’t trust them to recover your money if this happens to you. They will use any excuse under the sun not to give your money back. Also very rude customer services always threatening to close your Credit card if you miss a payment.

Two hours on hold, tried to get hold of someone regarding an international payment that has not arrived, told to call back in a couple of days if it still hasn't turned up. Now I'm facing another 2 hour wait time to get through again. Kiwibank does not value my time. I wanted to deal with a NZ bank, at least the big Aussie banks know how to treat customers. Shame on you Kiwibank! Very disappointing:(
