★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i do not recommend Bill Endean. i sent several mails asking what i have to bring the appointment day's and he said just your Id. When i got there he told me " where is the document to sign?" so there I realized that I had to have prepared the document before going. I did it at the moment, and then the receptionist just typed what I wrote and he charged me 50NZD just for that? (which he told me once everything was done) + the real fee that I have supposed to pay initially. We wasted our time literally there, waiting 1h with my 7 weeks old baby and my husband.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful!
