★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a useless and hopeless outfit. So unprofessional. Made a phone call the day before and the product was in stock. Travelled a distance to collect and it was not there. They did not tell us that they had shifted to new premises either. It was a free for all and no covid social distancing. What an amateur lot they are and would keep away from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially purchased a set from this store on Friday the 18/2/2022 which was ok. The store staff opened the box not fully and i took it home. I opened the box when home and the items were broken. I called the store so that can get an exchange, they refused to exchange said they cant and dont for glass items. After some bad reviews they finally agreed to change it which i did today.. but everyone is soo unprofessional they didnt even pack the products i had to pack it myself and load it in the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I was advised they had display stock (office chairs) at the warehouse, so I left work early to drive across town to take a look. Upon attending, there appeared to be no staff on the floor. I waited 10 minutes before someone appeared, and asked to see the 2 chairs I was interested in as they weren't present in the display room.
I was assured I would be shown the chairs, then after another 10 minutes, was told the display stock was the office chair at the front desk. The front desk chair looked nothing like either of the chairs I had had inquired about online. I was then told they would bring samples out.
The samples were in boxes, and the business owner agreed it was too hard to show me the chair so it was best to shop elsewhere. I would have completely understood this if I had been told this from the start, before I drove all the way to the warehouse and back and wasted 90 minutes of my day.
Unhelpful, lacking in customer service skills and a complete waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought dried fruits tray . Returned to the shop as it had corrosion on the edges. Only to find out the whole batch was the same. Then being informed that they don't do refunds even though item was faulty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a foldable picnic table and chairs off of trademe and it showed up the next day and I absolutely love it. We keep it handy in our truck so when we want to go fishing we have seats and table! 10/10 recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a 4x4 toy ride on for my sons birthday! only to put it all together and the steering won’t work ? everything else works fine! called, texted and emailed just for them to keep saying the same thing over and over! Wouldn’t recommend these guy! Sold me a dud steering motor and won’t reply anymore ??♂️ Wish I checked the reviews before buying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like everyone else it was quite busy in store so the customer service was a bit lacking. But the item that we purchased was great, my partner loves it, they allowed us to check it before taking it.
You will need to have a bit of patience if you visit during a busy time. Otherwise happy with our purchase.
