β β β β β Very poor customer service. My item was delivered to a wrong city by DHL and they had no idea when could it be delivered to the correct address and the lady who picked up my phone said that I had no rights to make the complain... Nice job!

β β β β β DHL is the worst service in New zealand. everytime i purchase on-line always end up with DHL, in result οΌnever receive the item i bought, returned to shipper, or knock on door once and already gone by the time you open the door. just bought an earphone, rang DHL specificly, asked to pick up at morningside. received a txt next day, ask me to pick up at penrose, or i have to wait for one or two, or three days to get transfer to morningside. having enough of DHL. can we ger someone else in NZ????????

β β β β β Completely useless. I will never willingly use DHL for anything again. Their customer services dept came up with excuse after excuse of why my package wasn't delivered today, when they said they'd attempted delivery and quite clearly hadn't. Then, when I asked to lay a complaint, they hung up!

β β β β β So this is the third time I've paid for shipping for online orders and DHL has been the carrier. On ALL THREE occasions the driver never attempted to use the intercom at our apartment. Instead they were lazy, left a card and now it's up to me to call DHL and arrange re-delivery. This outfit is a JOKE! I've now contacted online stores and telling them I wont buy from them if DHL continues to be their courier of choice.

β β β β β They are always packed up on full capacity. Packages almost never arrive on time. Understandably, its even wore during the lockdown. But they were never really great before the shutdown either. Good for DHL that they dont face fierce competition in NZ.

β β β β β Really bad delivery company. Nobody knock on the door just leave paper. If u want use pick up by yourself and think that it will be more easy and quick... U are fond that they use NZ Post for delivery package to the pick up place. Which means delay about two three days.

β β β β β DHL now has no commitment which it used to be reputable for . Late delivery of my item without a good reason and no guarantee on the delivery per the service staff on call.
