★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a Parmco extractor fan for above my stove, and needed some guidance with some technical issues I was having. With the help of staff over the phone I had my issues sorted out within ten minutes! you have a great team of staff at your Mount Wellington branch. Friendly, helpful and FULL of knowledge. the 7 year warranty is outstanding to have as well! Having visited the branch myself before my purchase I must add that the store is very tidy and presentable and all the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about EVERY SINGLE product available! Big thank you to the Mount Wellington Team! You have a customer for life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst appliances i've ever used. Would give them no stars if I could. Stove top broke after 1 year of use and somehow not covered under the warranty. Dishwasher doesn't clean dishes or dry the dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Parmco after our rangehood pipe cover started to rust 7 months after installation.
A technician came around and denied it was rust, which it clearly is,but didn't say what it was.
Parmco then had the cheek to send a $150 call out invoice without solving the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointed with Parmco. Got a brand new gas oven two years ago, the stovetop hob is already faulty and won’t stay lit. After sending multiple videos the parmco support team are literally gas lighting me and telling me there’s nothing wrong with the hob. Even though it takes 10-15 minutes to get it lit, if I can get it lit at all. Shocking. Even though it’s under warranty, they don’t care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have an in-wall Parmco oven that came with a new kitchen we had installed. I had not heard of this brand previously but was pleased it is NZ designed / made Until today when we cleaned the oven and all the chrome finish came off the oven racks and vertical rack holders in the oven. Phoned Parmco and they were not offering to replace under any warranty and gave me a price to buy replacements which I refuse to do. They said that oven cleaner is abrasive and can remove chrome to which I replied it has not happened with any other oven we have used, it only happens with Parmco product. So I rate this oven as a 3 and the customers support as a 1 out of 10. Will make sure I do not deal with this company again in future ! WOW I jus read some of the other reviews online, this is the worse I have ever seen and Parmco dont seem to care ! I thought the days of bad products and service were over but obviously not. Do not buy these products !!!

7 year warranty however will make no effort to honour it. Oven knob broke (from daily use of just over a year). Asked them to fix it but said they will not help locate invoice so won't honor their warranty. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Pharmco was a New Zealand company. I went ahead to have all Pharmco appliances.
I can assure you l would never chose this brand again even if it was all that was available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate the Parmco oven a zero of it was an option. We have had one for 2 years in a rental. The top has now rusted out in multiple places. Parmco have advised not to use tin liners under the coils as it reflects too much heat? Its a stovetop oven, it's meant to handle heat!!! The ceramic lining above e the turn dials is cracked and obviously not built to last. Their 7 year warranty is a laugh as won't replace or fix anything.
