β β β β β Jean was wonderful. I was in urgent need of 5 gift baskets in less than 24 hours. She calmly sorted me out with 5 beautifully arranged baskets with sweet and savoury items. I was sorted out within 3 hours and at the price I wanted. Jean was lovely to work with and I will definitely be back.

β β β β β Expensive for what they produce as bouquets. Standard $40 to $50 cost elsewhere...this lady sells them as $70 to $120 depending on their mood/day supply/stock. I love flowers and purchase regularly from wherever but must say I continue to be disappointed with my purchases from here in terms of pricing and the quality of their flowers as well as their presentations. Today was the last straw and will be canceling our account. Ask for a $120 corporate presented bunch and received a $40 to $50 looking one.

β β β β β This is a terrible business and I would highly recommend staying far from these corrupt thieves! Jean took advantage of my mother who lives overseas. when she ordered a flower basket for a unwell family member which was never delivered! This cost her almost $100!
She called multiple times asking for an update or explanation about the undelivered item and was ignored.
Worst customer service and experience Iβve ever had. Would recommend flowers from the grocery store over these guys.
